Frequently Asked Questions

Is this property suitable for use during Covid restrictions?

Deep cleaning and sanitising takes places after every visit.

How many people does the property sleep?

Up to 16. It is recommended that guests are restricted to 14, as otherwise 2 are sleeping on a bed settee in the living room, which ideally is kept free.

Can more than 16 go if I’m happy to squash or put a tent in the garden?

No, 16 is the maximum number having regard to safety, insurance and facilities.

Can I stay 2 nights?

Short breaks of 3 nights (weekend) or 4 nights (midweek) are available for most of the year, but weekends run from 4pm Friday to 10 a.m. Monday (3 nights). Even if guests do not want to stay on Sunday night, most want to make use of the house on Sunday, to really enjoy their weekend.
